Barry Schuster is recognized as the nation’s leading expert in creating School Food Courts that bring more students into the School Food Program- and increase revenue for School Districts.

His Book “How to Create a Food Court in your Cafeteria” has been adopted by many school districts as the definitive source for ideas to improve their dining programs.

Two years of service on the Board of Directors of the Florida School Nutrition Association and lobbying with the California School Nutrition Association gives him tremendous insight in the workings of school food service programs.

With 38 years designing thrilling dining rooms for schools in the US and internationally, he brings a “Kid’s Eye” view to making a healthy meals program successful and profitable.
