His Book “How to Create a Food Court in your Cafeteria”
has been adopted by many school districts as the definitive source for ideas to
improve their dining programs.
Two years of service on the Board of Directors of
the Florida School Nutrition Association and lobbying with the California
School Nutrition Association gives him tremendous insight in the workings of
school food service programs.
With 38 years designing thrilling dining rooms for
